I need some help releasing the GPU clip on my B650-P motherboard. It's located in a tricky spot near the cooler, making it hard to reach with my fingers. Should I pull it to the left or push down? I can't quite remember how I did it last time.

Generally, the right action is to push down on the clip. That should do the trick! Just be careful not to force it too much if it feels stuck.
I’ve had good luck using a thin plastic tool to gently push the latch. If you can’t get it that way, try removing the CPU cooler first. It might give you more room to work with.
I usually use a thin screwdriver, but be very careful. Plastic tools are best if you have one. Just make sure to apply gentle pressure!
I've heard using something like a popsicle stick or the back of a plastic utensil works too. Just avoid metal tools whenever possible.
