What’s the Cheapest PC Build for 1080p Warzone at 60 FPS in Japan?

I'm currently playing Warzone on a PS4, but I plan to move to PC next year because PS4 support is ending. My budget is extremely limited—around ¥60,000–¥70,000 (roughly $400–$450)—and I'm trying to get the best possible gaming performance for that money in Japan, where component prices can be higher. I already own an NVMe SSD, so the motherboard must support NVMe storage. I need the rest of the tower, including the CPU, graphics card, RAM, motherboard, power supply, and case. The monitor and peripherals are separate. My goal is 1080p at around 60–70 FPS or more in Warzone. I'm completely comfortable using low settings and sacrificing visual quality; smooth, playable performance matters much more than graphics. Used components or a used complete PC are acceptable if that is the only realistic way to stay within budget.

Keep every graphics setting as low as possible and use upscaling if the game supports it. Even with those settings, make sure the used GPU has enough VRAM and that the system has at least 16 GB of RAM. It may also be worth comparing the total cost with a used base PS5, especially if you already own PlayStation games and accessories.

A new build capable of running the current version of Warzone would likely cost several times this budget. Even a new RTX 3050 and 16 GB of DDR4 memory could consume most of the money before adding the CPU, motherboard, case, and power supply. Check local used listings and consider selling the PS4 to increase the budget.

At this budget, buying used is probably your only realistic option, and even then Warzone may be difficult to run well. Look for a complete secondhand gaming PC rather than trying to buy every part new. A used system with a Ryzen 5 3600, 16 GB of RAM, and something around an RTX 2070 could potentially fit the budget, depending on local prices. Make sure the power supply is from a reputable brand and that the seller can demonstrate the computer working.
