I'm using a 240mm AIO cooler, but I'm facing power and current throttling issues with my i9 14900K. Whenever I try to increase the power limit, it starts thermal throttling. I'm looking for recommendations on an AIO cooler that can handle a 350W power limit and avoid these throttling problems. What do you suggest?

I'm currently using a Deepcool LT720 and it does a good job, even if it's on the cheaper side. I think it could handle your needs, but just be cautious with power limits!
A 360mm thermalright water cooler could work too. But seriously, keep your i9 14900K under a 253W power limit. It’s been known to degrade, especially with high heat and overvolting. Also, make sure you update your BIOS to the latest version; they've fixed some issues that help with power management.
You might want to check out the Arctic Freezer III 360. It's a solid recommendation and has good cooling performance.
Honestly, you might have trouble finding an AIO that can keep up with the i9 14900K unless it’s a direct die AIO like the ones from EK. If you can’t find that, a 360mm AIO can possibly manage with an undervolt, but I’d recommend looking into a custom loop for the best performance.
Absolutely, I've used the Arctic Freezer line before and they really are reliable. Great choice!
