I'm looking for advice on RAM configuration for my future PC build. Should I go with two 8 GB modules running at 3200 MHz, or is it better to get a single 32 GB module that operates at 2400 MHz and is ECC? I'll be using the PC for a couple of years, and my build includes an RX 6700 XT, a Ryzen 5 3600, a B550M Aorus Elite motherboard, and a Kingston NV2 1TB SSD. Additionally, I'm planning to stream and record gaming videos, so that might influence my decision. What do you think?

Definitely go for the 2x8 GB option! The increased speed at 3200 MHz is going to give you a noticeable boost compared to the 2400 MHz of the single module. Plus, having dual-channel RAM is generally a huge advantage for performance, especially in gaming and multitasking situations. Trust me, you'll appreciate that extra speed while streaming!
If you're just looking at capacity, sure, a single 32 GB stick gives you 32 GB of RAM, but in terms of performance, dual-channel can be quite beneficial. Two 8 GB sticks can take advantage of that dual-channel setup which should outperform a single stick, especially with the higher speed. So if you can swing it, the 2x8 route might be the way to go!

I agree! Dual-channel really helps with overall speed, especially when you're doing tasks like streaming and recording. Plus, if you ever decide to upgrade later, you can just add another set of 2x8 sticks!
