Which PSUs Are Known for Being Coil Whine-Free?

I'm building a super quiet PC and I'm really sensitive to noise, particularly coil whine. Here's what I have so far: a Ryzen 7 9700X, 5070 12GB, 64GB DDR5 RAM, and an MSI Gaming Plus WIFI AMD B840. I'm using a Silentware Titan Performance Tower and planning to get an 850 Watt Seasonic Focus GX-850 Modular 80 Plus Gold power supply. I've had bad experiences with coil whine from BeQuiet in the past, so I'm looking for recommendations on brands that are less likely to have this issue. I know it can be hit or miss, but I'm hoping to find some brands that generally have fewer problems. Any advice?

Seasonic is typically a solid choice. Just keep in mind that coil whine can be pretty random from unit to unit. I’ve had good luck with Seasonic in the past, never experienced coil whine—though I haven’t used their lower-end S12III series. On the other hand, Corsair has treated me well, especially their RM, RMx, and TXM lines, but I’ve heard some folks have had issues with the RMe series.

Thanks for the heads-up! I read somewhere about the Focus series potentially having issues with Nvidia GPUs. Have you experienced that?
