Why am I not getting my free 3 months of Apple TV+ after buying new devices?

I recently got an iPhone 15 Plus and expected to receive a 3-month free trial for Apple TV+, but it never showed up. Then I bought an Apple TV 4K (3rd gen) last week, hoping for the same deal, and still nothing. Previously, I purchased an iPad 10 last October and did receive the 3 months for free. Is there a limit on how many times I can claim this offer per year?

Honestly, just pay for the service if you really want it. Those 3-month trials aren’t meant to be a continual deal. They’re a bonus to get you started!

It sounds like once you’ve used a free trial of any duration, you’re generally not eligible for another one on your account. It’s best to reach out to Apple Media Services for a check, but that’s usually the case. They can clarify your eligibility!

From what I've heard, you really only get that free 3 months one time. Apple has a policy that limits it to new or qualified returning subscribers, and they won’t offer it to those who have previously taken advantage of the 3-month deal, regardless of how many devices you buy. So, if you’ve already claimed it, that might be why you’re not getting it again.

If you're looking for the terms, they confirm that the free trial isn’t available to accounts that have previously accepted those offers.
