We're facing an issue where several users are being redirected to the BitLocker Recovery Key screen every time they reboot their computers. This seems to have started after an unsuccessful installation of the 24H2 update. I've tried updating drivers and re-installing the 24H2 update, which happens without issues, but the reboot still leads to the same recovery key screen. I've only found suggestions online that revolve around suspending or turning off BitLocker, which isn't ideal for our corporate setup. Does anyone have alternative solutions?

I found a site that mentions issues with the May Windows 10 updates possibly triggering the BitLocker recovery screen. It might be worth checking that out to see if your situation fits.
Check if you need to re-enable the TPM in the BIOS. Sometimes, it can get disabled during updates, and re-enabling it might help with the recovery key issue.
I had the same problem, and what worked for me was manually reinstalling 24H2 using the media creation tool. I completely decrypted the drives before running the tool, and that seemed to fix the issue.
Another approach is to decrypt the drive, perform all necessary updates, and then re-encrypt the drive afterwards. This could resolve any conflicts causing the recovery key prompts.
Yep, same here! I tried fresh installing 24H2 but ran into boot issues. Disabling driver enforcement allowed me to boot up and then I was able to run the setup from the Windows 11 ISO.
