Why Does My Computer Get a Blue Screen Error When Waking from Sleep?

I've been having a frustrating issue with my relatively new computer that started about four months ago. Whenever I wake it up from sleep mode, it works fine for a couple of minutes, but then it crashes with a blue screen error (specifically error code 0x9F) before rebooting. This happens consistently every time I wake it up, although the computer runs perfectly well when I play resource-intensive games like Battlefield 6 for hours. I'm worried this could be a sign of a failing component, so I'd really like to get a handle on it before it turns into a bigger problem. I've already tried various solutions like uninstalling Proton VPN, adjusting my power plan, and updating my drivers, but nothing seems to work. I've also gathered crash dump files for further analysis. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

To tackle that blue screen issue, it’s essential to analyze your crash dump files since they’ll give clues about what’s causing the BSOD. If you're able to access Windows, check the C:WindowsMinidump folder for those dump files. You can zip them and upload to sites like catbox.moe or mediafire, which are good for sharing these logs. Multiple dump files are best for diagnosis, so if you only have one, make sure to set your system to create small memory dumps for future incidents. This will help anyone assisting you solve the problem effectively!

Have you tried updating your Qualcomm Wi-Fi and Bluetooth drivers? You can find them on your motherboard's support page. That could resolve conflicts that might be causing the blue screens when waking from sleep. After downloading them, make sure to restart your computer and then check if the issue persists. It might just solve the problem for you!

Sorry for the delayed response, I'm recovering from the flu and went to lie down for a bit. But holy shit I think that worked? I've been able to sleep and wake 3 times now with no blue screen. I guess you saw something in the crash logs?
