Why Does My Display Keep Turning Off and On?

I've been experiencing an odd issue with my computer display lately. It tends to go black after about 20 minutes of inactivity, but it turns back on whenever I get near the computer. I'm using an RTX 3070 on Windows 11, so I don't think the hardware is at fault, but the timing seems suspicious—almost like it's triggered by my presence. I'm also worried that it might be a virus or some sort of malware causing this problem. If anyone has insights or explanations for this, I'd really appreciate them since it's been quite annoying.
