Why Does My PC Keep Showing a Black Screen?

I've been facing a frustrating issue with my PC where it goes black every 10-20 minutes. I'm not very experienced with troubleshooting, so I usually just hard reset it by holding the power button for about 5 seconds or turning off the PSU if that doesn't work. This has been going on for several days, and while I've looked for help online, I'm still lost on what to do. Here are my specs:

- CPU: Ryzen 9 5900X
- GPU: RTX 3080
- Motherboard: X570S Aorus Pro AX

Interestingly, when the black screen happens, I can still hear my Spotify playing for a bit before everything goes silent. The fans in my PC are still running during this time, which adds to my confusion.

It sounds like you might be dealing with a critical system error. I recommend checking the Event Viewer on your PC. Look for any logs around the time your screen goes black; a common culprit is an error related to the graphics card. Sometimes, issues like outdated graphics drivers or overheating can cause this, so make sure everything is updated. Keep an eye out for any critical errors around the blackouts!

I found a critical error in the Event Viewer that says, "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first." Do you think that’s related to the black screen? I've been manually resetting the PC, so maybe that’s why? But I'm not sure what’s causing the screen to go black.
