Why does my PC keep shutting down while gaming?

Hey everyone! I'm having a frustrating issue with my PC. It shuts down and can sometimes restart on its own while I'm gaming, but other times it just stays blacked out. This can happen after a few minutes or even a couple of hours into the game. I took it to a technician who suggested changing my AIO cooler because of possible overheating, but the problem still occurs. I've also swapped out the power supply with another one, yet nothing changes. I'm kind of at a loss for what to do next and would really appreciate any troubleshooting tips you might have! For reference, here are my specs: Ryzen 5 3600, Nvidia GTX 1660 Super, and a B450M-Plus motherboard, powered by a 750W silver-rated PSU. This setup was running smoothly until recently. Looking forward to your suggestions! ✌️

Have you done any overclocking or made adjustments to your components? When your PC crashes, does it usually recover fine afterwards, or does it crash multiple times throughout the day? Just trying to understand how often this is happening to you.

It could potentially be your GPU starting to fail. If you're seeing issues only while gaming but not with lighter tasks like watching Netflix or browsing, that's definitely a red flag for the GPU. You might consider running some diagnostic tools or stress tests on it to check for errors.
