I'm having an issue where my PC randomly shuts off while playing Smite. I'm not sure if it's a hardware or software problem since everything is updated. I only experience these crashes during Smite; the rest of the time, my PC runs fine. The crash reports show several warnings, but I'm not clear on what they mean. They mention something about the application-specific permission settings and a COM Server application with CLSID and APPID details that seem confusing.

If your PC is only crashing in Smite and not during other applications, it could be an issue specific to the game. But if it’s shutting down completely without any errors, it might be a deeper hardware problem, especially if it happens without any blue screens of death.
It sounds like you might be dealing with an overheating issue, especially if the PC turns off while you're gaming. I would recommend monitoring your temperatures while playing to see if it's getting too hot.
That makes sense. I’ve noticed my CPU hitting around 79°C. Should I be worried about that?

Yeah, it just turns off suddenly, no error screen. I’m running temps, and the highest so far is 78°C.
