I've been wondering why Microsoft hasn't patched the KB5063878 update. There seems to be a lot of concern about how severe this update has been and the issues it has caused for users. Are they not aware of the distress it's causing?

I've heard from various sources that they can't reproduce the issues people are claiming. Most of the reports stem from a single Tweet, so it might not be as widespread as we think. If it's real, it seems pretty rare.
It looks like we need to see more concrete examples. The reports seem limited to a very small number of devices; otherwise, we'd have a much larger outcry about it.
Honestly, I don’t think many users are really "distressed" by this update.
I haven't had any issues in my environment after this update, everything's running smoothly. We have a pretty big operation and nothing major to report!
Same here, no problems so far!
But I've seen AI advice suggesting to remove this update. What's up with that?
This update actually messed up my CFO's laptop. She keeps all her files on her personal network drive, and it really caused some trouble for her.
That's exactly why those drives are important, right?

There are way too many reports to suggest otherwise.
