Why is my AM5 memory training taking so long to complete?

I recently built my PC with an ASROCK B650i Lightning WiFi motherboard, a 9800x3D processor, and Flare X5 2x32GB 6000MT CL30 memory. After doing a fresh CMOS reset and booting to check that everything was fine at stock settings, I applied the EXPO profile. It booted up quickly in just over a minute. However, after restarting, I found myself stuck not POSTing for over an hour. I know memory training can take a while, but there has to be a limit where something isn't working. It's strange that it was able to POST initially with the EXPO settings but not on the second try. I've been using this setup for a couple of days at 6000MT without issues, but the POST reliability is concerning. This is the first time I've waited for it to see if it would work instead of just powering off after 10 minutes.

You might want to try updating your BIOS if you haven't done that already. BIOS updates often bring improvements for memory compatibility and issues like this.

Actually, I already updated the BIOS, but thanks for the suggestion!
