Why is my computer slow only on the office network?

I've got a couple of users in our office who are facing slow computer performance when they're connected to the office network, but everything runs smoothly when they're at home or on other networks. This sluggishness happens on both wired and wireless connections. We've already tried numerous solutions including running SFC scans, DISM repairs, assigning static IP addresses, creating new user profiles, reimaging the laptops, and even replacing them with new devices. Yet, the issue persists and it's limited to just these two users. Has anyone experienced something similar and have any suggestions for fixing this? It's been a real headache for the last few months!

Did you run any diagnostics like ProcMon? It could help pinpoint the issue. Also, have you tried logging in with other users on those laptops that are slow? That might help narrow down the cause.

This could be a DNS issue. Sometimes the office DNS can cause delays, so it might be worth checking if that's the case. You could also consider checking the network configuration to see if there’s anything unusual going on there.

Are these users experiencing slowness in a specific application, or is it across the whole system? Also, what's different about their setups compared to other users who don't have these issues? But it sounds like it's the entire computer that's slow, which complicates things.

Could be some weird domain settings that are affecting just those users, maybe related to group policies? It would be good to check that out.
