I'm trying to download Star Citizen from the RSI launcher, and it started at around 45 megabytes per second but has been gradually decreasing. I've performed several speed tests, and my internet speed is consistently around 60 megabytes, but the download speed keeps dropping drastically, sometimes even below 1 kilobyte. Can anyone help me figure this out?

I think your problem might be with your ISP or the router. This isn't a typical situation, especially since you should have enough speed to download the game without hiccups. It might be a good idea to reach out to your ISP and see if they can help.
Your device might be going into sleep or power-saving mode, which could slow down your download. But if that were the case, you'd notice the display shutting off, so it sounds like there may be another issue.
Have you checked how you're connected to the internet? It could be an issue with your internet service provider (ISP) or your router settings. Also, double-check your speed tests to see where you've been testing from.
Are you near the start or the end of the download? Sometimes, after the initial downloading phase, there are thousands of smaller files that can take longer to download. However, if you're dropping down into kilobytes, that's not normal at all. The average speed from the Star Citizen servers is usually over 100mbps, so something definitely isn't right here.
