Why is my pagefile.sys so large at 192GB on a small SSD?

I've noticed that my pagefile.sys size is a whopping 192GB, which is taking up a lot of space on my small SSD. Although the pagefile and hiberfil files are quite large, Task Manager isn't showing that I'm using that much RAM. Can anyone explain why this is happening? Thanks!

Pagefile size is usually set to be 1 to 3 times your available RAM, so seeing a large pagefile can be normal if you have a lot of RAM. If you have 128GB of RAM, it might make sense. However, if you're not using that much RAM, consider disabling it altogether. Just keep in mind, some applications might crash without it, so maybe just reduce its size to 32GB instead.
