I've noticed that my PC has become really slow all of a sudden, and about once an hour, a CMD window appears only to close quickly afterwards. I'm using Windows 11, and I'm currently running a scan with Bitdefender. I've checked the task manager and haven't seen any suspicious processes running in the background. I haven't downloaded anything that could have caused this issue either. What could be going on?

It sounds like you might have some malware causing those issues. Make sure you're not only running a scan with Bitdefender but also consider using another malware removal tool just in case. Sometimes, one program might miss something. It's always good to double-check!
Have you checked your RAM usage in Task Manager? If your RAM is maxed out, it could definitely slow things down. Sometimes background processes can use up your memory without showing anything particularly suspicious. Just a thought!
I looked, and it seems like I'm using all of it. I need to free up some memory, I guess.
Just to be on the safe side, make sure that your system BIOS settings and disk setup are configured properly. Incorrect settings can lead to performance issues. But ensure your data is backed up before making any changes.
I’ll try running another malware scanner, thanks for the tip!
