Why Was My AWS Activate Credits Application Rejected Despite Using a Business Email?

My AWS Activate Founders credits application was marked as rejected because AWS said the account email uses a free email service. However, I entered an email address on my company's own domain and expected that to meet the requirement. Has anyone experienced this before, and what is the best way to get the application reviewed or corrected?

Submitting a fresh application can also work. After my first application was rejected for the same reason, I reapplied and it was eventually approved.

Thanks, I tried submitting a new application and it was approved.

Try contacting the AWS Activate team directly and ask them to review the rejection. They may be able to clarify why the domain was flagged or correct the application manually.

I had the same issue even though I used a matching company domain. I opened a support ticket asking for a reevaluation, and the application was approved shortly afterward.
