I signed up for AWS to learn the platform, using my normal information and a Gmail address. I didn't create any resources, run workloads, or perform any other actions, but a few hours later I could no longer access the console because it said my account had been suspended. The support assistant indicated that there were no overdue or currently due charges, so it doesn't appear to be related to billing or a payment-card problem. I also tried registering with a second email address, but that account was suspended immediately as well. Has anyone experienced this, and what legitimate steps can I take to find out why it happened and get the account reviewed?

That makes sense, but it would still be helpful if support identified at least the general category of the issue. I wasn’t running scans, creating resources, or doing anything beyond signing up.
