I built my rig during the pandemic, featuring a Ryzen 9 3900X, 32GB DDR4 RAM, dual 1TB SSDs, and an EVGA 3080 (10GB VRAM). I just scored a free 9070XT, which is exciting! I'm pretty set on gaming at 1080p and prefer high FPS rather than ultra graphics settings. My question is, should I plan on upgrading my CPU soon, or will my current setup still be good enough for 1080p gaming?
