Will Upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5700 X3D Cause a Bottleneck in CPU-Heavy Games?

I'm currently using a Ryzen 7 5600G with an RX 7600 for mostly CPU-based games. I'm considering upgrading my CPU to a Ryzen 7 5700 X3D. Is this upgrade likely to bottleneck my system, particularly regarding the GPU? I want to ensure there's no stuttering due to the CPU bottlenecking the GPU, especially since that's what I'm experiencing now.

Honestly, don't stress too much about bottlenecks. As long as your CPU isn't running at 100% during gameplay, you should be fine with that upgrade. Enjoy your new setup!

Exactly, as long as your CPU keeps pace with your GPU, you should be good. Don’t overthink it!

'Bottleneck' is a term that gets tossed around a lot but doesn't always mean what people think. As long as your CPU is not maxed out, you're likely in good shape. An upgrade is always nice; whether you'll see a huge change depends on your specific games and settings. That's the reality, unfortunately!

If you don't really need onboard graphics, maybe consider switching to a non-G CPU for a bit more performance.
