I'm looking to upgrade my graphics card from my current RTX 2060, specifically to play Inzoi with high graphics settings and some AI enhancements. I've ruled out AMD cards since they don't support the AI features I want, even though they are cheaper. The options I'm considering are the 3060 (12 GB), 4060, and 5060 Ti, all under $400. I've heard some negative feedback about the 4060 and 5060 Ti because they only have 8 GB of VRAM, but since I'm not gaming above 1080p, I'm wondering which card would be the best choice. I also play various other games like Call of Duty, Fortnite, and Sims 4. Here are my current PC specs: Ryzen 7 5700G, 16 GB RAM (upgrading soon), Asus B450M-AII motherboard, and an EVGA 700W 80+ Bronze PSU.

I suggest holding off for next-gen AMD cards based on their UDNA architecture. Upgrading to a 3060 might not be worthwhile unless you’re able to sell your 2060 and only need to add a little cash on top to get the 3060. It could cost you an additional 50-80 bucks, which isn't too bad for an upgrade.
If it were me, I’d look for a used 3080. It offers about 20% more power than the 5060 Ti and could give you a much better experience at a similar price.
You might find used 4060 Ti with 16 GB, which could be a solid option. If you’re open to something new, the 5060 Ti is good too; newer cards tend to perform better overall. Plus, future resale value should be higher for 16 GB cards anyway.
Consider looking at the 9060XT instead. It’s the new generation and has made big improvements in AI upscaling. I’m a bit confused by what you mean by AI tech in games, but if it’s just AI upscaling, the newer gens are better for that.
Why go for Nvidia unless you're really into their AI or CUDA features? If you're not into that stuff, consider whether an AMD card might meet your needs, especially since they're cheaper.
That's true for many, but I specifically need an Nvidia card for Inzoi since Radeon doesn’t support those AI features.
Totally agree! Don't go for the 8GB versions in 2025, especially if AI features matter to you. And just to clarify, AI settings often enhance NPC behavior in games.
