Hey everyone, I recently bought some coins in the game eFootball but ran into some problems. I made a purchase, and although the transaction went through, my account didn't get credited with any coins. I tried buying again, but still nothing happened. Then, when I wanted to download an app, it told me I had to pay for those items plus a subscription I forgot to cancel. I feel like Apple is charging me without my consent and locking me out of apps. I reported a quality issue for the coins, but I'm not sure if that'll result in a refund. I made a new account on eFootball and I'm okay with them deleting my old account tied to the other purchases. Can someone tell me if I'll get my money back? Will they remove my old account or my new account?

You should definitely reach out to Apple Support directly; they can give you clear answers on your refund status. You can also file a refund claim at reportaproblem.apple.com. Just keep in mind it might take up to 48 hours to get a decision. If they deny the claim, you can escalate it to a dispute. Be aware that since your transaction is still pending, it may not qualify for a refund yet.
If your transaction is pending, it's likely to get declined because there wasn't a completed purchase. That’s really frustrating! I’d suggest just checking your purchase history to see what's actually charged. If it’s all a mess, maybe consider paying for the items to resolve it quickly, but be adamant about getting that refund. It's definitely annoying when charges pop up without clear consent!
