I'm trying to figure out what to upgrade in my custom-built PC to improve my gaming performance. Right now, I have a BF350-F gaming motherboard, a Ryzen 7 5700X3D CPU, a Radeon 6700 XT GPU with 16GB, 32GB of RAM (in one stick), and several SSDs. My power supply is a Corsair RM850 and I use a 1440p main monitor alongside a 1080p secondary monitor. I recently upgraded my CPU hoping it would help with games like Space Marine 2, but I'm still struggling to get decent performance, particularly with newer titles like Helldivers 2 and Cyberpunk at 90+ FPS on at least medium settings. I'm considering upgrading to a 5070 Ti or 9070 XT for the GPU, but I'm not sure what is truly bottlenecking my performance and what would give me the best boosts in FPS and quality settings. Can anyone help?

Definitely focus on upgrading your GPU. When playing at 1440p, the graphics card usually has the biggest impact on performance, especially for AAA titles. Your CPU is quite capable, so pairing it with a more powerful GPU would likely yield significant FPS improvements.
Upgrading to a 5070 Ti or 9070 XT would be a solid choice! I have a similar setup using an x570 motherboard and upgraded from a 5700 XT to the 9070 XT—now I can play everything at 4K with high settings. Your CPU should handle most games without issue.
