I'm considering building a PC primarily for heavily modded Minecraft, which is quite CPU-intensive. I'm thinking about using a Ryzen 7 5700X along with an RTX 5060 Ti with 16GB of RAM. Will this combo cause any significant bottlenecking at 1440p? I'm also planning to include 32GB of DDR4 RAM in the build.

That combo should work well! The 5060 is slightly better than the 9060. Both GPUs are decent options. I've got my eyes on the 9070XT myself, but I think you'll be good with what you have.
