Hey everyone! I've been facing a weird issue with the grandMA 3 onPC software on my Lenovo x13 Gen 1. The program freezes randomly and sometimes throws a BSOD after some time. I can't find a specific trigger for this behavior; it just seems random. Interestingly, I tried running the same software on an older machine with lower specs, and it worked fine there. I also tested it on Windows to Go on my ThinkPad and it ran perfectly. Recently, I reinstalled Windows, updated the BIOS, and updated all drivers, but I'm still encountering freezes and BSODs. The Windows event viewer shows a live kernel event 141 when the crashes happen. I'd really appreciate any help or suggestions on what to do next! I've shared some minidump files and the event viewer log for reference. Links are in my original post!

It sounds like a frustrating situation! First, you should definitely collect the dump files for a proper analysis of those BSODs. You can find them in C:WindowsMinidump. Just zip that folder and upload it somewhere like catbox.moe since Reddit often blocks links. If you're short on dump files, follow the guide on configuring Windows to create small memory dumps to ensure you have enough to work with.
Thanks for the tip! I’ll check for those dump files and upload them. I appreciate your help!
