Help with Persistent DRAM LED Issue on My Build

Hey everyone! I've been stuck with a recurring issue where my DRAM orange LED lights up and goes off after 20 seconds. The CPU LED turns orange briefly and then the DRAM LED goes back to a solid orange. After that, my system restarts and gets caught in this loop. I've never been able to get it to post.

Here's my current setup:
- Gigabyte B860M DS3H WIFI6E LGA 1851 rev 1.0
- Intel Ultra 7 265K
- Thermalright Phantom Spirit Evo 120
- Patriot 32GB Signature Series 5600 MHz DDR5

I already returned the motherboard for a new one, but the problem persists. I'm planning to try a RAM stick with a lower speed to see if that helps. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

What RAM kit are you using? If you have multiple sticks, try testing them one at a time. Also, checking your BIOS settings and performing a CMOS reset could help. Make sure your CPU is seated correctly and that there are no bent pins as well. Lastly, a BIOS update might resolve some compatibility issues. If you decide to return the RAM, consider getting DDR5 6000 CL30 RAM if it fits your budget!

I'm using the Patriot 32GB Signature Series 5600 MHz DDR5 (PSD532G5600K). I followed all those steps, even returned one motherboard for another, but it’s still acting up. I've ordered a different RAM stick to try.
