Hey everyone! I'm building a new PC for the first time in about 6-7 years and I could use some advice. I'm making the switch from Intel to AMD, and I want to make sure my cooler will keep things running smoothly. I've currently got a Noctua DH15s, and I think the cooler I'm looking at is similar. Is it a good choice for my new AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D CPU, or should I consider something else? Additionally, I'd love to hear your thoughts on the Gigabyte B650 Aorus Elite AX V2 motherboard and the INNO3D GeForce RTX 5070 Ti graphics card. How noisy is the GPU? Oh, I'm also planning to add a few extra fans to the NZXT H7 Flow case, but my main concerns are about the cooler, motherboard, and graphics card. Thanks a bunch!

This is a respectable build overall! The cooler should be fine, but if you're looking for something better, consider the Phantom Spirit for a fresh option. Also, the motherboard does lack PCIe Gen 5, but it should meet your needs. The 5070 Ti is excellent for gaming, just keep in mind it really shines with higher-end games right now.
Your choice of motherboard and GPU looks solid! I'm a fan of the NZXT H7 Flow case too; great airflow. As for the cooler, it'll work, but you might get better performance with a high-end AIO like the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro for similar pricing. Just make sure to clean dust from your old cooler if you decide to reuse it!
Haha, yeah, I heard PCIe 4 is still good enough for many setups. Just wanted to make sure I'm not missing out!
