I'm planning to build a PC and have a budget of 1500 CAD, which must include a monitor. I'm considering the Intel Arc B580 and the RTX 4060 graphics cards to pair with my Intel i5 12400F CPU. I'm open to AMD options too, but I can't recall the comparable GPU to these. I want to know if I should go with the B580 or the 4060, and also if I need to change my CPU. I'm looking to make this purchase in about two months, so I understand prices may shift, but I'm trying to map out my build now.

For your budget, both the B580 and the 12400F are solid picks! Here's one of the recommended builds I found: [Build Link](https://ca.pcpartpicker.com/list/bY3VXR). It should give you a good balance between performance and price.
Thanks! I was a bit skeptical about the B580 because of the driver issues I've heard about, but it seems like it might work out. I'm okay with switching to an AMD CPU if needed.
