Looking for Cooling Tips for My PC Shutdowns

Hey everyone, I'm having some cooling issues with my PC. Sometimes it just shuts off unexpectedly. When I game, my CPU temperature hits around 80°C, and it sits at 50-60°C when idle. Meanwhile, the rest of my system seems cool, ranging from 65-75°C while gaming and 35-45°C idle. I built this setup about two years ago, and I've done a quick dusting using canned air and a vacuum. I'm starting to wonder if I should replace the thermal paste. I'm also considering investing in an AIO water cooler or a new case. I'd really appreciate any advice or tips on what I can do! Here's my current setup: [PC Part Picker Link](https://pcpartpicker.com/list/T7kknp).

Your cooler could be underperforming, but 80°C isn’t too hot for the 7800X3D. If you're looking to overclock, what cooler were you thinking of replacing it with?

Your temperatures seem fine overall. Have you checked if the shutdowns might be from something other than overheating?

I'm not entirely sure how to diagnose that. I did notice some spikes up to 90°C when I was gaming, which got me worried. Someone mentioned it could be a power supply issue instead.

Honestly, those temps sound pretty normal. Is the shutdown happening only when you're under heavy load, like gaming?

Yeah, it's usually during heavy load.
