I'm currently playing Wuthering Waves on my PC, which has an AMD Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, 32 GB of RAM, an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 SUPER GPU, and a mix of SSD and HD storage. I'm getting around 45 fps and I'm trying to figure out which component I should upgrade first, considering I'm saving money and won't be replacing everything right now.

I’d recommend upgrading your CPU first. The Ryzen 5 1600 is a bit dated now, while your GTX 1660 SUPER is still decent for games like Wuthering Waves, especially if it's an Android port. A newer Ryzen CPU would make a big difference in performance.

If your motherboard can handle it, go for a Ryzen 5000 series CPU. The performance boost will be noticeable. After that, you could consider upgrading your GPU if you're still looking for better frame rates later on.

For a budget-friendly option, I'd suggest the Ryzen 5500X3D. If you have a little more to spend, the 5700X3D adds extra cores and might perform better overall.
