I bought a dual channel kit of Corsair Vengeance RAM (2x8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz) two years ago, but it's only running at 2133 MHz, which is frustrating since that's the lowest speed for DDR4. I'm wondering what I can do to fix this issue.

It sounds like you need to enable the XMP profile in your BIOS. RAM usually defaults to the lowest speed for stability reasons, but turning on XMP should let it run at its intended speed.
Yeah, definitely check your BIOS settings for XMP. Your RAM won’t automatically run at the highest speed unless you set it up to do so. Just remember that having good stability is important, especially if you're troubleshooting any other issues.
