It looks like you're planning a pretty powerful setup, but for just Tarkov and ARMA, you might want to downgrade your RAM to 32GB and use a Ryzen 7 7800X3D instead. Those specs are a bit overkill for those games! Everything else seems solid though!
To save some cash, switch to 32GB of 6000Mhz RAM. You can allocate those savings towards getting a better GPU like the 6800 XT or even a 3080 if you can find a good deal. That way, you won't feel bottlenecked by your graphics card!
Your build is great, but maybe consider swapping the 3060 for a 6800 XT. It'll give you much better performance for similar prices, especially for gaming!
