Hey everyone, I need some help with my Asus ROG Zephyrus M16 GU604VY (with an i9-13900H and 4090). My laptop froze a couple of weeks ago and wouldn't respond to anything, so I had to do a hard restart by holding down the power button. After that, it powers on with lights and animations, but it won't boot to the operating system. I've already tried reseating the RAM, disconnecting the battery, and holding the power button for a long time, but nothing seems to work. I'm hoping to figure out a way to prevent this from happening again. What should I do?

Have you tried running the laptop on just AC power? Disconnect the battery and see if it starts with the charger alone. If it works, let it run for about 5-10 minutes before shutting it down, reconnecting the battery, and trying to power it on again. If it still doesn't boot, you might be dealing with some faulty drivers.
This sounds like a situation where you should definitely contact the manufacturer. Since you've already tried the usual fixes, they might have some specific advice or even a repair option for you. It's better to address potential underlying issues now instead of waiting for it to happen again.
