I'm reaching out to see if anyone else is having trouble with Exchange 365 right now. Just to give context, I'm located in the Chicagoland area, and services seemed to be down since around 5:15 PM CDT. Users are having issues accessing their mailboxes through various methods. I received an update that services are coming back online as of 6:12 PM CDT. I'm curious if others are facing similar issues, and if so, what's the latest you're hearing?

I’m in the PNW, and clients are definitely having issues. I found this site that tracks outages, down below. Hope it helps!
Also facing issues here in Southern California. My inbox was totally down, but I noticed some emails started trickling in just now. Fingers crossed it stays that way!
That’s good to hear! It’s frustrating when you rely on these tools, but at least it seems like recovery is happening.
I’m hearing similar reports from users in NYC and NJ. Getting server errors when trying to access mailboxes. Glad to see some updates are coming out from Microsoft, though!
It’s crazy how widespread this seems to be. Let’s hope they fix it soon!
Yeah, down here in New England too! Our helpdesk is getting flooded, but we can't even email them to log tickets. Funny enough, some emails seem to be creeping through now.
I guess it’s a good sign that stuff is starting to go through, but it's wild how chaotic it gets!
Thanks for the heads up! We just switched to Exchange 365 two months ago and this isn’t very reassuring.
