I'm in a bit of a tough spot and need some advice. I created my Epic Games account a few years back when I was in Erbil, Iraq, but at the time, I registered it with the region set to the USA. Since then, I've always logged in from my PC here in Iraq, and I've never accessed it from any other country or device. This account is definitely mine, and I've never shared it with anyone.
My first game on Epic was GTA V, and I can remember all my old display names, even one I created in Arabic. I've also submitted invoice IDs from my purchase history as proof of ownership. Unfortunately, I've had my recovery requests denied by Epic Games twice already. Just recently, I sent a third appeal with all the evidence I could gather, but I'm beginning to lose hope.
I assure you, I'm not trying to pull a fast one - I just want back the account that I've invested a lot of time and money into. If anyone has been in a similar situation or has any advice, I would really appreciate your help! Thanks a lot.

Honestly, Reddit won't be much help with account recovery issues like these. Your best bet is to reach out to Epic's support directly through their official channels. Some folks have had better luck on Twitter by tagging their support accounts, since companies often don't want negative attention. Also, make sure you have all your proof organized for any communication you have with them.
That makes a lot of sense! I hadn’t thought about using Twitter. I guess they have to care more when everyone can see their response.
