I've used CrystalDiskMark on my laptop a couple of years ago without issues, showing decent speed metrics. Recently, I reinstalled Windows multiple times and now I'm trying to test the speeds of a new external drive, but I'm only getting "0" for all the results. I also ran tests on my Windows boot drive, which used to work fine with the software, and it also shows "0" speeds. What could be causing this?
