What Are the Ports on My Old Monitor and How Can I Connect It?

Hey everyone! I've got this old monitor, and I'm a bit confused about the different ports on it. There are a few connectors: one is a DisplayPort, another is a blue connector with screws (I'm pretty sure it's VGA), and then there's a yellow version of the blue one (maybe for something like an old game controller?). Plus, I think there's a Mini HDMI port which is that rounded square shape with a black square in the middle. I need help figuring this out because I can't find a way to connect my HDMI source to the DisplayPort on the monitor. Any guidance would be awesome!
