Hey everyone! I could really use some help here. Today, I received alerts that my Apple account was logged into from an iPhone 8, which is strange because I've never owned any Apple devices. I only use Apple services like Apple Music and Apple Music for Artists on my Android phone and desktop. Shortly after these alerts, I found myself locked out of both my Apple ID and the Apple Music for Artists portal, and now I can't log in at all. This is super stressful since I rely on these platforms to manage my music releases and keep an eye on my stats. I've already reached out to [email protected] for support and I'm waiting to hear back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

For important accounts like iCloud and email, consider using a physical security key like Yubico. Get two: keep one with you and store the other in a safe place. This way, you can add both to your accounts for extra security and avoid issues like this in the future. Also, do you use the same password across multiple accounts? That could be a risk!
If you can still access your email, try resetting your password on the Apple login page. That might help you regain access to your account.
I don’t even have an iPhone! It's just so weird that my Apple Music account got hacked when I don't use any Apple devices.
