I just built a new PC, and while I can access the BIOS without any issues, it won't go beyond that screen. I'm having trouble figuring out what to do next and would appreciate any help!

First off, could you share what CPU and motherboard you're using? Also, check if there are any diagnostic LEDs lit up on your motherboard; those can really help pinpoint the issue. It’s a common feature on many boards.

Not sure what my next steps are though.

I’ve got an NZXT motherboard, and I pressed the glowing reset button on it.

It would help if you could provide us with the full specs of your system. Also, make sure your monitor is properly connected to either the motherboard or the GPU, if you have one. Sometimes the connection can be the issue!

Did you install the operating system from a USB stick? A lot of people forget to boot the installer, leading to situations like this.
