I recently had a virus and got a bit paranoid, so I did a clean Windows reinstall using a USB drive four times to be safe. After reinstalling, I installed some drivers using the official MyAsus application before I got my antivirus set up. Now I'm a little anxious that I might have accidentally installed some viruses again since I haven't reset my router due to restrictions from my internet provider. Is it possible I reintroduced a virus this way?

You might be overthinking things a bit, but it's a common concern, especially after dealing with a virus. If you did a clean install from a USB drive, Windows Defender should be active, which is decent for most users. But if you did have a virus before, it's wise to change all your online passwords and enable two-factor authentication (2FA) through an app on your phone instead of SMS or email. Better yet, consider getting some security tokens like Google Titan or Yubikey for added safety. You can set up multiple tokens in case one goes missing, and many work via NFC, which is super handy for mobile use!
So generally I shouldn't have to worry now?
