Upgrading My Motherboard and Finding the Right CPU Cooler

I'm looking to upgrade the motherboard in my Dell Poweredge 830 from mATX to ATX. I've managed to gather that I should focus on boards with built-in WiFi and I've got a budget of $600. However, I'm not really sure what brands or prices I should be considering. Also, while I'm at it, I want to upgrade to a larger CPU cooler. How can I accurately measure for cooler clearance to ensure a good fit? I want to get something substantial so I can finally stop worrying about temperatures with my current low-profile setup.

When it comes to coolers, there’s usually a ‘keep-out zone’ around the CPU for clearance, so most coolers should fit on most motherboards without issues. Just double-check your specific case dimensions to be safe! Also, great to hear you're looking into a larger cooler to help with temps.

That's a relief to know! By the way, how would I actually measure the height for the cooler since PCPartPicker won’t help with my case?
