I accidentally knocked over a glass of water on my new PC. Thankfully, it wasn't plugged in at the time, but some water spilled directly onto my graphics card and into my power supply unit (PSU). I'm worried about potential damage, so what should I do next?

You're in luck since it's new hardware, which means there's probably no dust that could complicate things. Get the GPU and PSU out, and put them on a radiator or somewhere warm to dry them out quickly.
I'd recommend letting everything dry out for a few days with a fan pointed at the components. Since it was just clean water and not a sugary drink, there's a good chance everything will be fine.
I'm concerned because a lot of water got into the PSU and there's a puddle inside. Should I take the PSU out and check it specifically?
