I'm having issues with my Ethernet connection. It used to show a number next to the network name, but now it just says 'Network' with no internet access. I've attached some pictures in the comments to help illustrate the problem. Any advice would be really appreciated!

From what you've shared, if the images show you connected but not getting internet, it could be a misconfiguration or something wrong with how your PC is recognizing the connection. Sometimes simply disconnecting and reconnecting the Ethernet can reset things.
Have you tried rebooting your router? Sometimes that can fix connection issues. Also, make sure your Ethernet cable is securely plugged in or try changing the cable port on the router. It might help too!
Just saying, you might want to clarify what's wrong instead of just posting images. It really helps others understand your issue better!
I’m really sorry! I didn’t realize I wasn’t being clear. The issue is that my network doesn't show a number anymore and I have no internet access.
I'm connected to Ethernet through wall connectors at my college, so I can't reboot the router. I'm using Windows 11.
