I'm putting together a PC for my sister, who wants to keep it for about seven years without needing upgrades. Here are the specs I've chosen: AMD Ryzen 7 7700X processor, ASUS TUF GAMING B650-PLUS WIFI motherboard, ASUS Prime GeForce RTX 5070 OC graphics card, a be quiet! PURE POWER 12 M power supply (750W), a be quiet! DARK ROCK PRO 5 cooler, Crucial 64GB DDR5-5600 RAM (2x32GB), NZXT H7 FLOW White case, and a Crucial P310 2TB SSD. Also, I have ARCTIC MX 4 thermal paste for the CPU. Do you think these parts work well together, or should I make any adjustments? Thanks for your help! (And sorry for my English—I'm not a native speaker!)

I would recommend swapping the CPU cooler for the Thermalright Phantom Spirit. Also, consider getting DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM instead; it's slightly better performance-wise.

You could save some cash by going with 32GB of DDR5-6000 CL30 RAM instead. Plus, the Ryzen 5 9600X is a solid option that might be more cost-effective than the 7700X. Just make sure the Ryzen 5 meets your performance needs!

Is the Ryzen 5 9600X really better than the Ryzen 7 7700X?
