Does my PC build look good for 1440p gaming and streaming?

I'm putting together a new PC build and I'm curious if it's solid for 1440p gaming with some light streaming on the side. I've shared the parts list [here](https://be.pcpartpicker.com/list/KmKLLc). I'm wondering if there's anything I should change. Also, I'm using a 1000w PSU—might be a bit much, but the 850w only costs about €15 less where I live, and the 750w is €30 cheaper. Lastly, do you think switching out the stock fans on the Arctic Liquid Freezer III Pro for Noctua fans would be worth it, or is that not really going to make a noticeable difference?

I recommend upgrading to a 7700x and a B650 motherboard. Why go with a micro ATX setup if you're buying extra case fans? You could save that money and invest in a better full ATX case that already has more pre-installed fans and maybe even a better GPU like the 9070 XT.

I prefer a smaller case, and honestly, I think a 7700x would actually be a downgrade for my needs.
