I'm considering replacing the CPU in my office prebuilt PC and adding 16GB of RAM. I'm wondering if these upgrades will lower CPU usage and allow me to run GeForce Now effectively. Here's a link to the PC parts I'm working with: [imgur link]. What do you think?

If you're looking to upgrade, you might want to just invest in a solid used Intel system from the 8th or 9th generation instead. Those could run you around $300 to $400, and upgrading a Skylake CPU could cost around $150 by itself. Just replacing the CPU might not give you the best bang for your buck.

So should I definitely just replace the CPU then? I’m kinda lost with all this.
