Hey everyone! I've been using my PC with an i5-9600K CPU running at 3.70GHz, 16GB of RAM, and an AMD Radeon RX 5700 XT for a while now, but it's not performing as well as it used to. I'm looking for any tips or recommendations on upgrades that could help improve its performance. Also, my budget for upgrades is around $300, and I'm located in the US.

Before considering a new GPU, since you've got a solid i5-9600K and 16GB RAM, make sure to check if your CPU is running at its full potential. Sometimes a clean-up of the system, updating drivers, or even overclocking can revive its performance a bit, and you could save your budget for a bigger upgrade later.
If you're looking for a solid upgrade without going all out, consider upgrading your graphics card to something like the Radeon 9060XT or even the 9070XT if you can stretch your budget slightly. I made that jump on a similar system and saw a huge increase in FPS—from 15FPS to 39FPS with the 9060XT and then up to 73FPS with the 9070XT in the Steel Nomad benchmark.
