I own a bulky Acer desktop that heats up my room significantly after just half an hour of gaming. My air conditioning isn't really helping as the thermostat is in a different room. During winter I could just crack a window, but now that it's summer, that's not really an option. I'm considering getting a standalone AC that can vent heat out through my door since my windows don't support traditional units. If you can undervolt your CPU and GPU, that’ll lower heat output significantly. Also, capping your FPS can prevent the CPU and GPU from working harder than necessary; there’s no reason to push above your monitor's refresh rate.
Moving the PC to a different room could really help if you can manage it. If not, decentralizing heat is key. Try using fans to push air around—keeping the door open for airflow might help, too.
Consider relocating your PC to another room and using long USB or HDMI cables to connect it to your setup. That way, you’ll keep the heat away while still enjoying your games!
In my setup, I use a ceiling fan along with a small desk fan to push warm air out. Adding a vent booster that pulls in more air from the AC is also helpful to keep the room cool.
